Vitality National has been operating now for almost ten years, developing what we refer to as our “Integrated Aged Care Model”.  Having successfully designed, developed and implemented four projects to date, we are now developing project number five.

There are many opportunities directed to our company on a monthly basis. To be economically viable in the long term these integrated projects need to be large enough to give them critical mass. Each project can take up to three years to become cash flow positive position.  They can be very lucrative in the long term. We require significant resources at the commencement of these projects to ensure they are capitalised correctly, eg land, approvals, design, sales & marketing, construction.

Vitality National Pty Ltd has the experienced and competent personnel and corporate goal to develop five major projects simultaneously.  We look at investors to provide the necessary “start up capital” prior to the traditional bank funding.
